Anti Bacterial Copper Conductive Fiber Yarn
product details
Copper Conductive Fiber Yarn
Copper conductive fiber: the core layer of the substrate is nylon, the skin is copper alloy. Using multi-rake magnetron vacuum sputtering, composite coating and oxidation resistant finishing process, sputtered copper alloy and fiber polymerization into one, and the fiber surface formed a solid oxidation resistant film structure, with good conductive function, soft, resistant to repeated washing, super antistatic, flexible shielding material. As an innovative and versatile material, copper conductive fiber is with anti bacterial, conductivity, flexibility and durability. As the demand for anti bacterial and conductive textiles continues to grow, copper conductive fibers yarn are set to play an essential role in meeting the needs of a wide range of industries.

Products with different diameters and copper content can be customized according to customer requirements.
Characteristics
High Conductivity: Delivers efficient electrical signal transmission, comparable to solid copper wires but with enhanced flexibility.
Anti-Static & EMI Shielding: Effectively dissipates static charges and blocks electromagnetic interference (up to 60 dB attenuation).
Breath ability & Comfort: Maintains textile-like airflow and softness, suitable for long-term wear.
Customizable Integration: Can be woven, knitted, or embroidered into fabrics, or combined with sensors and circuits.
Soft & Flexible, Conductive, Electromagnetic shielding effect ,Anti-bacterial
application
Spun yarn: Used for twisting or spun yarn.
Smart Wearable: Embedded in clothing for health monitoring (ECG, temperature sensors) or heated apparel.
Medical Devices: Used in smart bandages, bio-signal-detecting garments, and rehabilitation textiles.
Industrial Safety: Anti-static work-wear, EMI-protective suits, and explosion-proof equipment.
IoT & E-Textiles: Connects IoT devices in smart homes or creates interactive sportswear with touch-responsive surfaces.
Washing & Maintenance
Use neutral detergent to wash or brush softly
under 40℃ water wash
no bleaching
After washing, do not twist hard to prevent wrinkles from affecting the appearance.
Do not expose to sunlight, dry in a ventilated place
Use a steam iron to iron
Be exposed to the air, copper fiber can’t avoid oxidation, fabrics can be black or dark, attributes normal phenomenon, it will not affect the fiber effect.
To remove rust, use white vinegar or diluted glacial acetic acid (concentration less than 2%) after cleaning.
