Main Features

1. Advanced Safety Compliance: Engineered as a high-voltage PPE fabric, this material meets stringent IEC 60895 standards for live working conditions, ensuring reliable protection against electric arcs (up to 40 cal/cm²) and thermal hazards. Its flame-retardant base (e.g., meta-aramid blends) self-extinguishes within seconds, minimizing burn risks.
2. Superior Conductivity & Arc Resistance: With ultra-low surface resistance (<0.1 Ω/sq), the fabric safely dissipates static charges and fault currents, while its carbon-silver hybrid conductive fibers enhance arc thermal performance (ATPV ≥30 cal/cm²) to withstand explosive energy flashes.
3. Multifunctional Protection:
- EMI/Anti-Radiation: Blocks 99% of electromagnetic waves (30 MHz–10 GHz), ideal for substations or telecom environments.
- Antimicrobial & Odor Control: Silver-ion infusion inhibits 99.9% of pathogens (tested per ISO 20743) and neutralizes sweat-based odors.
- UV & Environmental Resilience: UPF 50+ UV protection and eco-friendly dyes ensure durability in outdoor settings, resisting fading and degradation.
4. Ergonomic Comfort: Lightweight, breathable (air permeability >60 L/m²/s), and moisture-wicking, it regulates body temperature during prolonged wear. Machine-washable up to 50 cycles without losing functionality.
Washing & Maintenance
Use neutral detergent to wash softly, hand wash, under 40℃ water wash,no bleaching,no iron, dry in shade (drying temperature at 70-80 degrees Celsius, not excess 30 minutes).
Be exposed to the air, silver fiber can ‘t avoid oxidation, fabrics can be black or yellow, attributes normal phenomenon, it will not affect the shielding effect.
Avoid to contact sweat, once contact the sweat, wash the fabric asap, suggest keeping sealed preservation.
