Sintered felt with woven mesh is divided into sintered felt with single-layer woven mesh or sintered felt with double-layer woven mesh. Place one or two layers of stainless steel woven mesh on ordinary sintered felt and then sinter, which can increase the strength and better protect the filtration performance of the sintered felt.
Sintered stainless steel fiber felt has excellent filtering performance and is an ideal high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant, high precision filtering material. Sintered Stainless steel fiber felt is made of extremely fine metal fibers (diameter accurate to microns) through non-woven laying, stacking, and high temperature sintering. Stainless steel fiber felt forms a three-dimensional porous structure with different pore size layers, and has the characteristics of high porosity, large specific surface area, uniform pore size distribution, high dirt holding capacity, and high filtering accuracy. Due to the above structure and characteristics, stainless steel fiber felt can effectively make up for the weaknesses of metal mesh that are easy to block and damage, and can make up for the shortcomings of powder filtration products that are fragile and have small flow.
