Anti Static Stainless Steel Fiber Blended Conductive Yarn

Stainless steel fiber with cotton or polyester blended yarn is a kind of yarn with electrical conductivity and anti static properties; stainless steel fibers are often blended with traditional textile fibers (such as cotton, polyester, aramid, acrylic, or wool) to enhance the properties of yarn anti static, conductive and emi shielding properties. Hybrid yarn have stable conductivity, good sweat resistance and oxidation, and permanent conductive.

    SPECIFICATION

Metal fibers are well blended with conventional textile fibers through special spinning processes. While maintaining the original technical properties of the yarn, they also provide the yarn with good electrical conductivity, making it widely applicable in fields such as antistatic and conductive fabrics.

    Advantages:
Easy to use; suitable for weaving, knitting, sewing, etc.; washable; excellent conductivity and static control; metal fibers can be blended with polyester, cotton, acrylic, wool, aramid, etc., to produce yarns for different purposes.

    Applications:
Stainless steel fibers have good conductivity, and the fibers have very low electrical resistance, making them excellent conductors of electricity. Due to their superior performance, fabrics blended with stainless steel fibers can be used to make anti-static workwear. They play a reliable role in flame and explosion prevention in industries such as oil refining, organic synthesis, shipbuilding, and coal mining. Their anti-static performance is better than conventional organic conductive fibers. Fabrics with a high content of stainless steel fibers are widely used in high-voltage workwear, such as those for substation inspections and AC/DC live-line operations.

    Key Characteristics

Conductivity: Stainless steel fibers provide electrical conductivity, making the yarn useful in applications requiring static dissipation or electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding.
Strength and Durability: The addition of stainless steel fibers enhances the tensile strength and abrasion resistance of the yarn.
Heat Resistance: Stainless steel fibers can withstand high temperatures, making the yarn suitable for use in high-heat environments.
Flexibility: Despite the inclusion of metal fibers, the yarn remains flexible and can be weaved or knitted into fabrics.
Corrosion Resistance: Stainless steel is inherently resistant to corrosion, which extends the lifespan of the yarn and fabrics made from it.
Flame retartancy: by add the aramid fiber the steel and aramid blended yarn will be multi-function both flame retartant, condcutive, shielding, anti-static and shielding, anti-cutting.
